University Projects

Draconic Knight

This was part of a  module focused on Industry style briefs. We were given documents containing different briefs from industry, made to be art tests, or adjusted from art tests to allow for enough content to fill a module.

I chose a brief by Oscar Street, to design a couple of Boss Characters, each with Two Phases and a storyboard, this shows one of two concepts.

Flesh Abomination Concept Artwork

This is a creature I designed for a group project in University. I drew the 2D illustration first, and then developed the design into a sculpt in Zbrush.

The original prompt was drawn out of a hat at the beginning of the project, ours was: Bone Ship Captain, Necro-Organic Mechanical Realism.

I was the Creature Designer and Project Manager.

Dissertation Creature

This is a creature I designed as the product for my dissertation. My dissertation was on fantasy creature anatomy. It discussed when to reference real creatures and their biology, and when to throw science out the window and play with fiction.

I looked at Terryl Whitlatch, as well as other artists, to create a guide and example on how to create fantasy creatures using real life knowledge on animals.

The Fashion Designer Character Sheet

This is a villain I designed for a group project in University. I created a character sheet to show off her outfit, colour scheme and important items.

The brief was Art Deco Deep Sea Exploration. We went for a classic Art Deco aesthetic for the clothing, especially for the villains to show off their wealth.

I was a Character Designer and Art Director.

The Crownholds Concept Illustrations

This is a set of character concepts for a shorter project in University, as well as for my Dungeons and Dragons campaign. They are the Crownholds, the royal family of the Ferezovian Kingdom.

The brief was to design something while using inspiration from real life cultures. I looked into upper-class and royal clothing from traditional Pakistan, and Medieval Spain.
