Vgen Commissions
I create custom character and creature commissions on a site called Vgen. It is an anti AI website featuring many talented digital artists. I have a 5 star rating, with a 100% on time status.
I have several listings, such as character and creature portraits, illustrations and reference sheets. I create characters from scratch, as well as illustrations of the clients existing character.
I have deeply enjoyed the commissions I have created so far.
My process involves creating a detailed render in Adobe Fresco. I do this in greyscale to allow myself to push the values to their limits. When I have completed the render, I take the file into Photoshop, where I use gradient maps for each section, identifying the colours best to create the lights and darks.
To finish the piece, I will put it black into greyscale to ensure my values are working, and add a basic background to extenuate the character.
